1. As the Admin, you have the ability to configure the app to display by Family OR by Student on the first tab.
Display by Family will show one line per family and when you click on the Family, you will see the details and the siblings. You are not able to search by student first name, but you will have fewer entries displayed.

As the admin, you select which method is best for your school. Our experience has showed that elementary schools prefer to display by Family and Middle/High Schools prefer to display by Student, but this is up to the Admin. You can also change it throughout the year.
