1. Add New Grade - Go to Manage Directory / Grades and enter new Grade Name and then the abbreviated name (4 character max). Click "Add Grade" to save and it will then appear in the "Currently Used Grades" list.
2. Reorder or Delete a Grade - Go to Manage Directory / Grades and then if you click on the 3 dots/3 lines icon, you can re-order the grades OR you can drag them to the trash bin at the bottom to delete.
