Add an Entry with School Information (LIST BY STUDENT)

1.  For Directories that LIST BY STUDENT, go to Directory/Add Family and enter school information.   Click Add Family.

2.  Next, add Guardians and one student (so it will sort to the top).   Enter as shown below to get it to sort correctly.  You can also add additional information as needed.    You can put the website, phone numbers, emails and addresses in the notes and they will hyperlink.   Click Save.

3.  This is what it looks like on the phone (sorts to the top of the list):

4.  Click on Entry to see details:
