1. Turn on Data Sharing. Go to Manage Directory / Settings. Click the box to allow users to share or hide their data.
2. Add a column to the import spreadsheet called "Shared" and then put "yes" or "no" in each row to indicate whether or not you want that information "shared" (yes) or "hidden" (no). Attached is a data template including this column. Here is an example of how to fill out the template:
3. During the import process, make sure to match the field for "Shared" to the column in the spreadsheet.
4. After the data is imported, you can click on individual family records to verify that they imported correctly - either "shared" or "hidden."
