DirectorySpot allows users of the directory to edit their own information by "linking" their user account to their contact record. To allow for this, users in the directory must also have a contact profile established to allow for linking of the two profiles.
1. Go to the manage users tab and click on "grant edit access"
2. Click "Find Matches" to find all of the matching email addresses
3. Select from the drop-down list of matching email addresses provided the one which you wish to grant access and click "grant access to matches"
4. You will receive a confirmation message of the access granted. Click "OK"
